CO-OP Fiat Derby COOP Motor Group Derby COOP Sir Frank Whittle Review
I bought a second hand car from CO-OP Fiat, Derby, Sir Frank Whittle Road.
Let me tell you that their customer service is shockingly bad.
The car broke down within the first 3 miles of me driving it.
They fixed it okay but that got me upset.
Then the engine management light came on having only had it for 2 days.
Eventually they diagnosed the problem and told me they would order a part.
I waited and waited and rang back and rang back and after 3 months the part arrived, was fitted and problem solved.
Then I drive round a corner and hear a knocking sound. So I book in again to get the problem sorted. They told me to bring my car in at 0830hrs, I turn up at 1600 to collect my car, they haven't even looked at it yet, my complaint is met by bkank stares. So they look at it ,vehicle in needs a suspension strut. Part ordered.
Ringing up regularly to see if the part has arrived no luck.
Wait 3 months for the part!
I've now got the part fitted, but they knocked the tracking out fitting the part.
I ask them to fix that, come back tomorrow and we'll sort it.
Came back, we may not be able to fit you in today.
I dispair. I must have taken it back 10 times and they can't look after me.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.
