I have now bet $4-$10 per match on 36 of their tips, I am currently -$40.2 with a level stakes profit of -$7.7.
Their tips basically revolve around backing the best teams in the leagues around europe at small odds. This is just a fools way to bet. Like madrid at 1.29 - lost Lazio at 1,63 lost etc etc.
They have a hockey and basketball app and if you want to bet on more sports you can take their bet2win personal betting adviser at £27.99.
Just don't waste your money.
So far my capping is better than most of the apps on the market. Steer clear.

Soccertips app review
This is a pay per tip service, not recommended the tips cost £7.99 each and therefore if the app produced a 10% return you would have to put at least £79.99 on each bet just to break even.
Not recommended to try out an app with no proven track record or tips to go on!
Hey look if you fancy spending that sort of money and test it then let me know but i certainly won't be spending £7.99 per tip, might as well cap the matches myself.

BetTips App Review
Okay so I have now placed 102 bets with the bet tips app. Price £12.99
They have lost me money, not at a rapid rate and their handicapping is far from poor.
I have to say that it is hard to professionally evaluate their app in full detail as each bet has a recommended stake generally between 10 and 100 units, dependent on their evaluation of the strength of the tip. One sad bet was recommended at 200 units which lost and this bet has basically cost me a profit with the app overall. If you bet level stakes then over the past 102 bets you would have lost money. In fact you would have lost 3.02 betting units over a 102 bet period.
Due to the 200 unit double cert bet they recommended this also lost money for the app.
I have to say that it may be profitable in the long run like over 1000 bets however I don't have the inclination to further test it as if it can't beat a 100 bet run then in all probability it is not profitable.
All I will say is that if you like to gamble for fun for small stakes this app is better than a random approach or betting on your local home team however the app should really make a profit over a 100 bet period in order to prove worthwhile.
I do believe that whilst the handicapping of the authors is sound they have little understanding of the concept of value. Ie if you back at odds of 1.44 then you need to win more than 2 out of 3 to be profitable. Some of these short priced bets, particularly on soccer are going to struggle in the long run. In my view the same goes for backing a baseball team at 1.56. The 1.56 line suggests that the team will win slightly more than 2 out of 3 times. The New York Yankees have a 300 - 188 win/loss record so as you can see they don't win 2 out of 3, not even close so how can these odds be right to back at?
My advice - Could be good for a bit of fun but if you want to make money forget it!

US Open
Currently on a 13-0 winning streak during US Open my betfair account was at nearly 0 1 week ago I now have over $1800, beautiful!
Still app testing, The BetTips app on iphone is currently running bad, my plan is to get to 100 bets and then try to give an objective view. So far after 85 bets betting 1 unit on level stakes we are -1.91. They also advised a double stakes bet which I was daft enough to trust them with this cost me $200 using their staking system. I cannot now see this being long term profitable. I'll let you know how it finishes after 100 bets.
The Armchair Punter app is currently running at +3.81 bets staking 1 unit on each tip after 19 bets. promising so far. Once again i'll write a full review after 100 bets.
I have also downloaded Platinum Picks, no tips have appeared yet but this is unsurprising as the US football season has not started yet.
BPO sport has yet to give me a tip after 1 week!
Soccertips has also yet to cough up a tip.
Sam Matterface's app is rubbish and only coughed up 1 tip in the week or so I had it and it was too late to bet on.
More to follow, I will be testing the apps available to see if they win money.

Gambling App Review / Sports Betting App Review
Watch this space folks.
I am currently testing the I- Phone apps for sports betting tips.
I can already say that the Bet Tips app is looking good.
I will bet the minimum amount on each tip I get from the apps over 100 bets and see how they perform. Not a fool proof method but certainly enough to see the potential.

Update
Update:
My son Eli is now 1!
And have another baby on the way.
Running up and down in the old gambling, the overall graph is up but it's certainly non linear!
Playing some tourneys and hit a nice $850 cash on Bodog the other day.
I must learn to:
1 Never back a player with an injury suspected or not.
2 Never test a system with more then the minimum bet
3 Never bet on anything other than tennis and possibly prepicks from baseball
